About The Position
This role is at the center of the action, helping ensure every guest receives the right meal at the right time while creating a seamless dining experience. You'll coordinate communication between the kitchen and service teams, manage food tickets, ensure dishes are accurate and ready for service, expedite orders, deliver food to guests, and help maintain a smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Every team member plays an important role in creating the memorable experiences The Clevelander is known for.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 1 year of food runner, expo, server assistant, or related restaurant experience required
