About The Position

Arthur Grand Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Power BI Developer to support a government customer’s enterprise reporting, data modernization, and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on developing complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models, as well as supporting data migration and workflow automation. The position is a long-term contract and is 100% onsite in Washington, DC.

Candidates must have at least 15 years of relevant professional experience. Degree requirements may be met through additional experience as permitted by contract requirements. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert experience developing complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Strong skills in DAX, data modeling, visualization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience migrating OBIEE reports to Power BI.
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of materialized views, ETL, data integration, and data refresh strategies.
• Experience with Agile delivery and technical documentation.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
