Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, Network & Computer Systems Administrator, Application Developer or a related occupation involving experience with SAP Transportation Manager (SAP TM).
• 5 years of experience working with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) to configure, enhance, or upgrade the system
• 5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC as well as integration with other SAP modules including SD, MM, FICO, and P2P
• 3 years of technical experience working with SAP ERP 6.0, SAP Enhancement Package 7, and integration with third party systems or applications
• 3 years of experience working with ECC-LES-TRA, including route determination, Shipment document, execution, SCD, conditions, Freight PO, and cost allocation
• 3 years of programming experience with ABAP, Java, or SQL
• 3 years of experience developing technical POCs to prove out business outcomes
• 3 years of experience in full cycle implementations of SAP TM
• 2 years of experience with applications: Transporeon, Fourkites, CASS and their integration with SAP ECC and SAP TM

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the Transportation Management System (TMS) module within SAP as part of the Supply Chain IT team dedicated to Nestlé Purina.
• Configure, customize, and integrate the SAP TM module with other SAP components and third-party systems to align with business objectives across transportation, warehousing, procurement, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation processes such as carrier selection, routing, scheduling, and contract management.
• Conduct system testing, develop test plans and scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing, and providing ongoing support and training to superusers.
• Assess near-term business needs through structured interviews and research, advise on solution options and risks, and support strategic planning in partnership with the Business Relationship Manager and Product Manager, while also managing relationships with external vendors and logistics partners.
• Consult with product teams and proposes alternative solutions.
• Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities.
• Support the Business Relationship Manager and Product Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders.
