About The Position

Join Credit Union of Denver as a Teller and build valuable experience in the credit union and financial services industry. In this member-facing role, you'll provide friendly service, assist with everyday transactions, and develop skills in cash handling, problem-solving, and financial products. This is a great opportunity to learn credit union operations, gain hands-on experience, and grow toward future opportunities in member service, lending, operations, and beyond. As a Teller, you'll help create a positive member experience by assisting with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and direct deposits. You'll answer questions, resolve concerns, handle cash accurately, balance your drawer, and follow procedures that protect our members and the credit union.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One month to one year of customer service, cash handling, sales, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and direct deposits.
• Answer questions and resolve member concerns.
• Handle cash accurately.
• Balance your drawer.
• Follow procedures that protect members and the credit union.
