About The Position

This role involves designing, developing, and troubleshooting creative software solutions using cloud deployments, thinking beyond conventional approaches to solve technical problems. The architect will develop secure, high-quality production code and utilize infrastructure as code, reviewing and debugging code to ensure adherence to best practices. They will develop software solutions that integrate with cloud deployments, ensuring robust and reliable systems. The role requires engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders to propose and implement technical solutions using cloud deployments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future needs. The architect will define and drive the achievement of the technical target state for products, focusing on cloud deployment infrastructure, big data solutions, and infrastructure as code. Participation in architecture governance is expected to ensure compliance with standards and best practices, particularly in the use of cloud deployments. Evaluation of new cloud deployment technologies to assess their impact and applicability within the organization is also a key responsibility. The role includes identifying and automating remediation of recurring issues to enhance operational stability of software applications and systems. Hosting evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials, focusing on cloud deployment solutions, is part of the job. Driving the adoption of agile methodologies, CI/CD, and security practices in cloud deployment environments to enhance application resiliency and operational efficiency is also required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology Systems or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Lead Architect, Mongol DB Architect, Database Architect, Technical Specialist, IT Consultant, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
OR Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology Systems or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Lead Architect, Mongol DB Architect, Database Architect, Technical Specialist, IT Consultant, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
Five (5) years of experience with: Creating and designing solutions for the target state, including high-level and technical design documents for platform use cases, which can be published as Lucid Chart artifacts encompassing architecture diagrams, sequence, component, use case, and network interaction diagrams.
Five (5) years of experience with: Leveraging Athena and EMR for data processing and analysis.
Five (5) years of experience with: Automating the deployment and management of AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
Five (5) years of experience with: Working and deploying scalable, secure operational data platform using MongoDB NoSQL.
Five (5) years of experience with: Utilizing big data technologies including at least one of the following: Hadoop, Spark, or Hive based distributed technology frameworks.
Five (5) years of experience with: Using resource management and deployment on AWS including EC2 and Cloud Watch.
Five (5) years of experience with: Conducting logical and physical Data Model for Online Transaction processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP).
Three (3) years of experience with: Designing and building data lake leveraging AWS S3, AWS Glue, and AWS Lake Formation.
Three (3) years of experience with: Working and deploying scalable, secure Data Lake using AWS Lake Formation.

Responsibilities
