About The Position

The Experiential Marketing Specialist, Sea-Doo is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of immersive brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across key markets. Their focus is primarily on Sea-Doo experiential initiatives and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in experiential marketing or events
  • Experience in project management
  • Budget management experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast‐paced environments with changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel for events when required

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the experiential marketing strategy for Sea-Doo across North America
  • Define KPIs (engagement, leads, conversion)
  • Analyze performance and improve programs
  • Implement reporting tools
  • Lead end-to-end execution of the Boatshows, and other experiential initiatives for Sea-Doo
  • Oversee concept development, production, logistics, and on-site delivery
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
  • Responsible for the operational efficiency and budget management, with a focus on ROI and optimized resource allocation
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders such as product, brand, sales, partnerships, and PR teams
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and promoters
