About The Position

KH + Madden is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of immersive brand experiences, live events, and activations. This role requires a blend of strategy, creativity, and execution, managing projects from concept through onsite delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, or brand activations.
  • Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects independently.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for events, activations, and trade shows.
  • Dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connection.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of trade show experience preferred.
  • Agency or multi-brand experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and experiential storytelling strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, or Cvent is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies, activations, live events, and trade show experiences for clients.
  • Lead onsite event execution, including setup, activation management, and teardown.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with creative and internal teams to align messaging, visuals, and event elements with campaign goals.
  • Partner with vendors, venues, and external partners, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that enhance event visibility and impact.
  • Track event performance, ROI, and post-event reporting.
