Experienced Medspa Esthetician - Orland Park
About The Position
Regevity Medspa is hiring an experienced esthetician for its Orland Park location. The role provides laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments, while helping clients identify their goals and recommending suitable treatments. Estheticians build lasting client relationships and work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals. The company provides in-house training in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring, and uses equipment from Venus Concepts, Sofwave, Aerolase, Dermapen World, and Hydrafacial. The base rate is $20–$24 per hour depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus. Medical, vision, dental, and other benefits are available to full-time employees. The spa is closed Sundays; scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The position is at 14225 95th Ave., Suite 406, Orland Park, IL 60462.
Requirements
- Hold a current esthetician license in the state; required.
- Have experience as an esthetician.
- Be available to work evenings and Saturdays; required.
- Be passionate about the beauty industry and helping people feel their best.
- Thrive in a busy, upbeat environment and work well as part of a team.
- Be comfortable recommending treatments and working toward goals.

- Medspa or laser experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments.
- Learn clients’ goals and recommend treatments to help them achieve those goals.
- Build client relationships that encourage repeat visits.
