Experienced Medspa Esthetician - Virginia Beach
About The Position
Regevity Medspa is seeking an experienced esthetician for its Virginia Beach location. The role provides aesthetic treatments, builds client relationships, recommends services aligned with clients’ goals, and supports team sales goals. Services include laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. The company provides in-house training in these treatment areas and uses equipment from brands including Venus Concepts, Sofwave, Aerolase, Dermapen World, and Hydrafacial. The stated base pay is $19–$25 per hour depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus. Medical, vision, dental, and other benefits are available to full-time employees. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The spa is closed Sundays. The job is based at 4625 Virginia Beach Blvd #105, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
Requirements
- Hold a current esthetician license in the state.
- Have experience as an esthetician.
- Be passionate about the beauty industry and helping people feel their best.
- Thrive in a busy, upbeat environment and work well as part of a team.
- Be comfortable recommending treatments and working toward goals.
- Be available to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments.
- Learn clients’ goals and recommend treatments to help them achieve those goals.
- Build client relationships that encourage repeat visits.
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
