About The Position

Regevity Medspa is hiring an experienced esthetician in Indianapolis to perform medical aesthetic treatments and help clients choose services aligned with their goals. The role offers a base rate of $19–$23 per hour depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus. The posting also says technicians average $19–$25 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus.

The esthetician will work with medical aesthetic equipment, including technology from Venus Concepts, Sofwave, Aerolase, Dermapen World, and Hydrafacial. Regevity provides in-house training in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The location is 3425 E 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46240. The spa is closed Sundays; evening and Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

• Hold a current esthetician license in the state.
• Have experience as an esthetician.
• Be passionate about the beauty industry and helping people feel their best.
• Be comfortable in a busy, upbeat environment.

• Be comfortable recommending treatments and working toward goals.
• Be available for evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments.
• Get to know clients, understand their goals, and recommend treatments to help them achieve those goals.
