Experienced Medspa Esthetician
About The Position
Regevity Medspa is seeking an experienced esthetician to provide medical aesthetic treatments and help clients achieve their skincare and body goals. The role uses equipment from brands including Venus Concepts, Sofwave, Aerolase, Dermapen World, and Hydrafacial. Full in-house training is provided in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. The company describes opportunities for advancement and offers a monthly bonus in addition to the base hourly rate. Medical, vision, dental, and other benefits are available to full-time employees. The position is at 8680 N. Union Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. The posted schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The spa is closed Sundays. Applicants must be available evenings and Saturdays.
Requirements
- Hold a current esthetician license in the applicable state.
- Have experience as an esthetician.
- Be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Be passionate about the beauty industry and helping people feel their best.
- Be comfortable working in a busy, upbeat environment.
- Be a team player.
- Enjoy recommending treatments and working toward goals.

- Medspa or laser experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments.
- Learn clients' goals and recommend treatments to help them achieve those goals.
- Build client relationships that encourage repeat visits.
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
