Requirements
- 1+ years of facility (ALF/Nursing Home) or home health experience preferred
- Proven reliability, strong organizational skills, and calm crisis management.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, insurance, and background clearance.
Nice To Haves
- CNA/Med-Aide a plus
- Experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, or gait belts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive personal care, hygiene, and mobility support.
- Assist with medication reminders, incontinence care, and customized care plans.
- Handle light housekeeping, meal preparation, and client transport.
- Assess safety, manage client needs, and accurately log shift updates.
