Experienced Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team in TLV and play a key role in developing Via's Agent management tools. As part of a talented and motivated Development team, you will be responsible for building cutting-edge solutions and scalable infrastructure to deliver Via's ride-sharing service globally. Collaborating with designers, product managers, and customers, you will understand user needs and create technical solutions to address them. This role requires expertise in full-stack, user-centric development, with experience in React, Vue.js, Angular, Javascript, Typescript, and Python.

• Implementing the components that bind complex routing, real-time customer and driver management, mass scale user communication into a complete, mission critical service.
• Designing and implementing solutions by developing server and client technologies.
• Collaborating with designers, product managers, and customers to understand user needs.
• Building and iterating on technical solutions that address user needs.
• Working across the stack, using different technologies for different projects.
• Building and maintaining processes and tools to keep productivity and code quality high.
• Having experience with full-stack, user-centric development.
• Having a minimum of 4 years of professional Full Stack experience.
• Having experience with React/Vue.js/Angular.
• Having strong knowledge of Javascript and Typescript.
• Having experience with Python/Ruby.
• Having experience with AWS (advantageous).
• Being a fast learner and able to quickly master concepts, disciplines, and methods.
• Being collaborative, humble, empathetic, and valuing honest feedback.

• BSc. Computer Science or similar
• Minimum of 4 years of professional Full Stack experience
• Experience with React/Vue.js/Angular
• Strong knowledge of Javascript and Typescript
• Experience with Python/Ruby
• Experience with AWS (Advantage)
