About The Position
Dahlias Wellness Center, a physician-led wellness and aesthetics practice at 147 Prospect Avenue in Passaic, New Jersey, is seeking to connect with an experienced, entrepreneurial esthetician interested in expanding their clientele and building a long-term professional relationship with the practice. The opportunity is intended for a licensed professional who has an established client following, is committed to client satisfaction, and is motivated to grow their business in a professional wellness and aesthetics environment. Requirements
- Hold a current New Jersey esthetician license and any additional credentials required for intended services.
- Have meaningful hands-on experience in skincare, facials, and other services within the authorized scope of practice.
- Have an established clientele or a proven ability to attract, develop, and retain repeat clients.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and client care.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing a sustainable, long-term business.
