About The Position
People’s Title is offering experienced, high-producing escrow officers in Texas the opportunity to become owner-operators. Participants can use the company’s established underwriter relationships, subject to approval, and access shared resources and defined support to help keep startup and operating costs lean. Under an agreed fee structure, owner-operators retain the majority of their office’s agency premium. They lead their team, grow their market, and build long-term business value. This is a business opportunity, not a salaried position. Startup investment, ongoing platform fees, local operating expenses, an agreement, and applicable approvals are required.
