About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes in Leverett, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Roles may suit experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, Homemakers, or people beginning a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants. Caregivers provide support according to their qualifications and client needs. Openings offer flexible scheduling, with 8–12-hour shifts available during the day or overnight, on weekdays or weekends. Immediate start opportunities are available. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience; experience is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
