About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers, including Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). Caregivers can choose the days, hours, and shifts that fit their availability. Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available, along with short and long shifts. The position provides care and support to seniors in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Daily pay is offered. Sign-on and referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement when applicable, and PTO and medical insurance for eligible employees are also listed.
Requirements
- Caring and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conversational English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus; training is available.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care and daily activities.
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and provide meal assistance.
- Offer medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping.
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
