About The Position

The dealer runs games played by guests. For card games, the dealer deals cards, takes player bets, monitors for suspicious behavior to help prevent cheating, manages the betting pot, and pays out winnings after each hand. The position calls for prior dealer experience. Responsibilities include using gaming equipment, securing games, handling money and wagers, verbalizing game actions, and helping guests learn games. Starting pay is $9.00 per hour plus tips, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions, and apply them to practical situations.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Physical mobility, with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Previous dealer experience.
