About The Position

The Experienced Dealer provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table games in accordance with established procedures. The dealer assists guests with understanding game rules, ensures adherence to policies and procedures, maintains the security of assigned games, and reports safety hazards to the Games Supervisor. Candidates must be able to deal at least one listed game, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, or a Carnival Game.

Requirements

• Must be able to deal at least one game, such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, or a Carnival Game.
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
• One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deal assigned table games promptly, courteously, and accurately in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist guests in understanding game rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain the security of assigned games at all times.
• Report safety hazards to the assigned Games Supervisor.
