Experienced Carpenter

About The Position

As a new home construction Carpenter, you will build, assemble, install, and repair residential construction components for new home construction and remodeling projects. The role involves framing, structural, and finish carpentry tasks, with a focus on safe, efficient work and high-quality craftsmanship. You will work with a residential carpentry crew and use construction plans, measurements, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete projects.

Requirements

Experience in carpentry or a related trade is preferred.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to read and interpret basic construction documents.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related environments.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials as required, up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
Ability to perform work in indoor and/or outdoor environments, depending on the role.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements.
Install, build, or repair structures and components using a variety of tools and equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
Load, move, and organize materials as needed for projects.
