About The Position

Benchmark at Rye is seeking compassionate LNAs/PCAs to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The position is offered across day, evening, and night shifts at $20–$21.25 per hour. PCA training is available. Benefits eligibility may vary by employment status.

Requirements

• A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is preferred; PCA training is available.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to provide residents with exceptional, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
