About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Enfield, Windsor Locks, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, supporting personal care, companionship, mobility, transportation, and household tasks. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with shifts available days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults build meaningful relationships and live well.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support as needed.
