About The Position
Benchmark at Rye is seeking compassionate LNAs/PCAs to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. Available shifts are days (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), evenings (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), and nights (10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The advertised pay is $20–$21.25 per hour. The role involves supporting residents with daily living needs, documenting care and reporting health or behavioral changes, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support and exceptional, meaningful customer service. Requirements
- A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is preferred; PCA training is available.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
