About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Painter with at least five years of professional automotive painting experience. The role involves painting vehicles with base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles. The position is based in one of Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers and uses state-of-the-art tools. The role may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Applicants must pass a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a background check.
