About The Position

The Experience Intelligence & Enablement Manager leads analysis of enterprise listening data from surveys, focus groups, and other feedback channels. The role identifies themes, trends, risks, and drivers of the teammate experience—including differences across roles, functions, and regions—and integrates quantitative and qualitative data into enterprise-level insights. It translates complex information into actionable intelligence that informs organizational priorities, opportunities, and potential risks. The manager develops frameworks and consistent standards for interpreting listening results, and creates executive-ready presentations, reports, and visual materials. The role applies data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings to senior leaders, clinical teams, and frontline teammates. In partnership with functions such as Benefits, Nursing, Learning & Development, HR, and Operations, the manager helps leaders understand data-informed priorities, tradeoffs, and opportunities without directly owning execution. The position maintains expertise in employee experience frameworks, listening strategies, industry trends, external research, and benchmarking. It ensures consistency in how survey and experience data are interpreted and communicated, and continually improves insight generation, visualization, and reporting approaches using stakeholder feedback, emerging research, and best practices. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible remote position approved for Wisconsin and Illinois, with work spanning the listed enterprise divisions. The role generally involves working virtually in a normal office environment, using a computer for extended periods, and may require travel to enterprise locations. Weekend work and varied hours may be necessary for rounding and strategic planning to meet deadlines.
