Customer Experience Center Coordinator - NYC Overview Crestron Electronics showcases our exciting commercial Audio/Video, Conferencing and Home Automation solutions in our state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center located in Midtown Manhattan. We are seeking an Experience Center Coordinator who will serve as the CEC’s (Crestron Experience Center’s) core logistics person. From calendar coordination to site preparation and everything in between, this multi-faceted team member is the key to making the CEC run smoothly. In this role you will manage the visit calendar, visit logistics, and related support for this dynamic and ever-changing Center where our top sellers close our biggest deals. A successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, ready to manage the multiple moving parts of our Experience Center from scheduling to site management with a focus on service excellence. THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE: Monday through Friday at the 39th & Lexington NYC location.
