About The Position

Oral Arts is a full-service, family-owned and operated dental laboratory that manufactures dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, and orthodontic appliances. They are immediately seeking a full-time Expeditor to join their team.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have working knowledge of fax, copy machines, and general administrative equipment.
• Must have working knowledge of desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and an individual work environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan production for each technician using a hand scanner
• Run carts of work to Quality Control, shipping and receiving, and/or other departments as needed
• Track and expedite the completion of high-priority cases
• Run production reports throughout the day for department manager and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
