About The Position
The Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain and production processes. This position is responsible for monitoring order statuses, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and resolving any delays or issues that could impact delivery schedules. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the store and keeping guests happy and good presentation good.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred Expo experience.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor the progress of guest tickets that come through to Kitchen.
- Communicate regularly with Kitchen to expedite orders and resolve any issues or delays.
- Pulling food, completing the plates and making sure food goes out right and fast.
