We’re looking for an Expeditor who keeps the line moving, the team aligned, and every plate hitting the pass exactly as it should.

Responsibilities

Run the pass — control the flow of tickets from kitchen to floor. Call orders clearly, pace the line, and keep service tight
Be the connector — bridge FOH and BOH. Ensure communication is clean, accurate, and constant
Protect the plate — final check on quality, accuracy, and presentation. Nothing leaves the kitchen unless it’s right
Manage the moment — stay sharp under pressure. Adjust pacing, solve problems fast, and keep the team focused
Support the team — jump in where needed. Expo, garnish, organize, reset—whatever keeps service moving
