About The Position

Ensures guest satisfaction through quality food presentation—hot, delicious, and properly dressed plates—and customer service. Performs duties in a conscientious, pleasant, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. This role works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and shifts may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous food expeditor experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English in a professional manner.
• Present a neat and professional appearance.
• Interact with customers, the public, and co-workers.
• Work as part of a team with other staff members.
• Carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs.; the job may also require lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check all tickets and position food orders in the window for food servers.
• Dress all plates for food servers.
• Ensure food servers pick up food promptly.
• Call back re-fires and side orders, and work one-on-one with cooks.
• Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for guests and fellow co-workers.
