About The Position

The Expeditor Dining Room ensures guest satisfaction through quality food presentation, including hot, delicious, properly dressed plates, and customer service. The role performs duties conscientiously and professionally to support customer satisfaction. The position is at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, where team members contribute to the restaurant’s romantic ambiance and classic European style.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous food expeditor experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English in a professional manner.
• Present a neat and professional appearance.
• Interact with customers, the public, and co-workers.
• Work as part of a team with other staff members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to carry serving trays weighing up to 15 pounds and, as needed, lift up to 40 pounds.
• Shifts may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Check all tickets and position food orders in the window for food servers.
• Dress all plates for food servers.
• Ensure food servers pick up food promptly.
• Call back re-fires and side orders, and coordinate one-on-one with cooks.
• Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for guests and co-workers.
