About The Position

Upstream Hospitality Group is seeking a fast, team-driven Expeditor/Food Runner who brings positive energy to every shift. The role supports a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment by ensuring food is accurate, presented to standard, and delivered promptly and professionally to guests. The position works closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to contribute to an outstanding dining experience and smooth restaurant operations. Applicants should be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays and able to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Ability to carry multiple plates, trays, and beverages safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of food to guests.
• Confirm every dish meets presentation and preparation standards before it leaves the kitchen.
• Review orders for special instructions, dietary needs, and modifications.
• Communicate guest feedback, concerns, and additional requests to servers and managers.
• Greet guests warmly and contribute to an outstanding dining experience.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams by staying proactive and engaged.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
• Assist with additional duties to help the team and maintain smooth restaurant operations.
