About The Position
Under the supervision of the Manager and/or supervisor of Cardiopulmonary Rehab, the Exercise Physiologist plans, organizes, and implements the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Pulmonary Rehabilitation program, and the Fitness First program.
Requirements
- Graduate of a professional Exercise Physiology curriculum accredited by the national accreditation body of that organization.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- CPR certification required.
- Must obtain ACLS certification within 1 year of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience as an Exercise Physiologist in a hospital setting and/or completion of an Exercise Physiologist internship.
- ACSM certification recommended.
- Membership in a professional organization recommended.
