About The Position
Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an Exercise Analyst to provide exercise analysis support to the MARCENT Plans and Policy Directorate (G-5) for the MARCENT Exercise Program, supporting design, planning, execution, and assessment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant exercise planning experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)
- Active Secret clearance required
- Strong writing, coordination, and briefing skills
Responsibilities
- Support exercise design, planning, execution, and assessment for the MARCENT Exercise Program
- Assist in development and review of exercise objectives, concepts, METLs, training plans, budgets, force deployment data, tables of organization, and force protection plans
- Maintain MARCENT exercise-related web pages, historical files, and required documentation
- Maintain MARCENT Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) data
- Plan and coordinate exercise planning conference requirements, including message traffic, presentations, and travel/hotel arrangements
- Organize and assist with exercise planning conferences and site surveys
- Compose weekly briefings to COMUSMARCENT, MARCENT Staff, and external units
