About The Position

This position serves as the primary access for the fitness center and all programs that are encompassed within the fitness center to include the Cardiac Rehab and Employee Wellness Program. Provides individualized rehab program to meet personal and family needs of patients. Position is responsible for outpatient classes. Position requires understanding of cardiovascular disease. This position may also assist with daily therapy ancillary tasks to include but not limited to direct patient care within the scope of the Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist practice act for Outpatient and Inpatient services, communication and marketing for fitness and wellness program, and assistance with patient exercise programming within the Cardiac Rehab Department. Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary access for the fitness center and all programs within the fitness center, including Cardiac Rehab and Employee Wellness Program.
