Executive Vice President (Remote)
About The Position
The Executive Vice President of Caliber Public Safety leads the next phase of the business’s growth, setting its strategic direction and overseeing operational objectives across sales, support, product development, and professional services. The EVP is accountable for the organization’s culture, customer service, and achievement of business growth and financial targets, working with the executive team to execute strategies and meet operating objectives. This is a remote opportunity. The role calls for a customer-focused people leader who can inspire and develop an executive team and organizational leaders, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, and establish long-term technology strategies across product lines. The EVP reports to the Public Safety and Justice Portfolio Manager (Senior Executive VP) and provides regular business updates and briefings to senior executives and corporate managers.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience at a senior leadership level.
- Experience managing a multifunctional group with at least 75 team members.
- Experience managing an entire profit and loss statement with at least $15 million in revenue.
Nice To Haves
- At least 5 years of experience in the Law Enforcement and Justice market (preferred).
- Harris group experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the executive team to achieve business targets.
- Adapt and implement operational excellence to continuously improve the business.
- Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets in collaboration with the management team.
- Develop new and existing leaders within the organization.
- Provide detailed quarterly briefings to senior corporate managers on business results and plans.
- Provide monthly business updates to senior executives in conjunction with the executive team.
- Establish long-term technology strategies across product lines with the Public Sector Group’s leadership team.
- Be accountable for Caliber Public Safety’s culture, customer service, and growth and financial targets.
