About The Position

Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) is a growth equity firm investing in high-growth software, internet, and business services companies in the United States, Europe, and Israel. Founded in 2006, SGE has invested more than $4.5 billion in over 100 companies.

The Executive Recruiting Co-op works collaboratively with SGE portfolio companies and the investment team to support portfolio growth. The role offers experience working with high-growth software companies on strategic talent and people-related topics, including executive search, talent development and retention, compensation, human capital, culture, and DE&I. The co-op reports directly to the Head of Talent and supports the broader Portfolio Value Creation Talent team.

Requirements

• Interest in human capital, talent, and people operations within SaaS and growth equity.
• Comfort with outreach or finding creative ways to connect with C-suite executives.
• Basic understanding of SaaS companies and organizational design.
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and attention to detail.
• Relationship-driven approach and ability to build and foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Outgoing, self-starting, driven personality, and willingness to face rejection.
• Focus on output, self-motivation, and ability to complete tasks independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative and proactive nature.
• Impressive academic record.
• Will not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source executive talent for SGE portfolio companies.
• Proactively recruit, engage, and manage relationships for eight or more executive searches.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to build and improve portfolio market maps.
• Manage and organize a talent network of more than 12,000 contacts.
• Partner with HR advisors, consultants, and preferred executive and high-velocity search providers.
• Maintain compensation, incentive, and benefits benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent, Portfolio Value Creation, and the Investment Team to evolve the Talent Team and its impact.
