Requirements

Proven success in a full-desk recruiting, executive search, staffing, or business development environment.
Experience generating new business and managing client relationships.
Demonstrated success sourcing, recruiting, and placing passive candidates.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a successful practice and maximize earnings.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Manage and grow client partnerships by understanding hiring needs, providing market insights, and serving as a trusted talent advisor.
Execute the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates through offer negotiation and placement.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Present qualified candidates, provide consultative guidance throughout the search process, and facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
