About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Construction Practice within a nationally recognized search firm. The role involves working on impactful mid- to senior-level searches, sharpening consultative skills, and building long-term industry expertise. Requirements

Recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
Experience with sourcing, outbound recruiting, and passive candidate engagement
Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily
Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to increase earnings
Ability to work onsite in our Plano office

Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, research, referrals, and outbound calling
Conduct consultative interviews with mid- to senior-level professionals
Partner with leadership on search strategy and execution
Manage client accounts through ongoing communication and search updates
Maintain accurate activity and data within the ATS/CRM system
