About The Position

The Executive Product Manager is responsible for leading product strategy, defining product vision and market strategy, and guiding products as they evolve. It uses market research, customer insights, and performance data to set priorities and guide product decisions. The role defines product strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs; prioritizes capabilities, epics, and investments; and owns the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch. It balances near-term delivery with long-term goals, oversees product performance and risk, and drives customer-centric outcomes and measurable business value. The position also calls for commercial and financial judgment, including understanding pricing, costs, and ROI. As a Vice President, the role contributes to or sets strategy, recommends change, manages resources and policies, and drives continuous improvement. Depending on whether it carries people-leadership or individual-contributor responsibilities, it may manage and develop employees or provide subject-matter expertise and technical direction. The position advises senior stakeholders, collaborates across the organization, and supports risk management, governance, and strategic decisions. The role is based in either the Whippany, New Jersey, or Wilmington, Delaware office.
