About The Position

Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and prepare executive correspondence and briefing materials, tracks actions, and facilitates communication across internal and external stakeholders. Work independently, exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership by coordinating daily activities, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the timely flow of information. Maintain executive calendars, organize meetings and events, prepare correspondence and briefing materials, coordinate travel, and track decisions and action items through completion. Represent the executive office professionally when engaging with employees, clients, government officials, and other stakeholders. Anticipate leadership requirements, resolve scheduling and administrative conflicts, and help maintain efficient and responsive executive operation.

Requirements

  • Experience providing mid-level administrative or operational support, including managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and action items
  • Knowledge of executive office operations, scheduling protocols, meeting coordination, records management, and professional communication practices
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate executive requirements, communicate with senior stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of experience in providing executive operational support to senior leaders in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executives in a government, defense, intelligence, or professional services environment
  • Knowledge of government administrative procedures, executive correspondence standards, and document-control requirements
  • Ability to prepare executive briefing materials, coordinate high-level engagements, and track leadership decisions and deliverables
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Microsoft Office Specialist or a comparable administrative professional certification
