About The Position
Agile Business Concepts, LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Officer to provide executive leadership and oversight of professional support services for the U.S. Department of State's Passport Services Directorate. The role is based primarily on-site in Washington, DC and requires an active SECRET clearance; an additional MRPT investigation may be required.
Requirements
- Experienced executive leadership.
- Active SECRET clearance.
- May be required to undergo an additional MRPT investigation.
Responsibilities
- Direct overall contract operations, workforce management, and program execution.
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, budgets, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Coordinate with senior government leadership to ensure mission objectives are achieved.
- Ensure timely delivery of program management plans, performance reports, and contractual deliverables.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with DOS policies and procedures.
