The role also oversees corporate sales and develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets. Other group or meeting sizes may be assigned based on hotel business needs and management direction. The position has guest room and catering sales target goals. A flexible schedule is required; this is not a standard Monday-to-Friday position. The role is 100% on-site, exempt, and reports to the Director of Sales.
