About The Position

The Senior Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of the accommodation facilities, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership abilities, which are essential for effectively managing the housekeeping team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
Attention to detail is crucial, as the Senior Housekeeper must conduct thorough inspections and identify areas needing improvement.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for training staff and collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs.
