Executive House Manager (with Meal Prep and Household Support)

Sage HausLangley, BC
$70,000 - $75,000Onsite

About The Position

We are a warm, active family of four living on 1.5 acres in Langley, BC, with two young children (ages 5 and 1) and a small Pomsky pup (10–12 lbs). Our home is lively and full of movement: a place where play, learning, and daily life often blend together. Both parents are home throughout the day, dad runs a business from the property, and the family homeschools their children in a hands-on, active learning environment. While we are a busy and engaged family balancing full days of work, parenting, and daily life, we place a high value on connection, transparency, positivity, and overall well-being. Our home is deeply important to us—we are intentional about how we live, how our spaces feel, and how we care for ourselves and each other. We appreciate beauty, order, and thoughtful systems, and we value the people who step into our home and contribute to that environment. While we strive to be present and hands-on in our day-to-day lives, we also recognize the importance of meaningful support. We are seeking someone who shares an elevated, conscious approach to home life—someone who understands that behind a well-run home is intention, care, and consistency. Our standards are high, but we are down-to-earth, kind, and supportive, and we believe in building strong, respectful partnerships. As parents, we are thoughtful about how we raise our children and how our home operates. We aim to create systems that support mindful routines, nourishing meals, and a sense of ease—allowing space for joy, growth, and connection in this special season of life. We take great pride in our home and hope to work with someone who shares that same level of care. We’re looking for a reliable, organized House Manager & Family Assistant who can help keep our household running smoothly: managing daily operations, assisting with meal prep, coordinating schedules, and providing occasional childcare. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic home environment and enjoys bringing structure, calm, and consistency to a family’s busy days. You are a highly intentional and refined professional who takes pride in creating a home that feels calm, elevated, and exceptionally well maintained. With a natural eye for aesthetics, you instinctively notice alignment, balance, and visual harmony—bringing a level of care that results in spaces that are both beautiful and deeply functional. You are skilled at stepping into an established home, quickly understanding existing systems and preferences, and maintaining or elevating them with discretion, consistency, and respect for the family’s vision. You bring a quiet confidence to your work—highly organized, proactive, and naturally attuned to what needs to happen next. You don’t just complete tasks; you anticipate needs, remove friction, and create ease so the home runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Your presence is warm, polished, and emotionally intelligent. You read the room with ease, communicate with clarity and transparency, and are comfortable both receiving and offering feedback. You maintain strong professional boundaries while building trust through consistency, reliability, and follow-through. You are proactive, efficient, and take full ownership of your role. You manage your time with precision, navigate high standards with maturity, and consistently look for ways to add meaningful value. You take pride in executing at a five-star level—from seamless meal prep and kitchen flow to maintaining beautifully organized, visually cohesive systems throughout the home. Experienced in private households, you understand nuance, discretion, and the evolving needs of a dynamic family. Over time, your support allows the household to fully exhale—confident that everything is handled with care, intention, and excellence.
