About The Position

Miami Valley Gaming is looking for a sales-oriented individual to join our Executive Host team. In this role, you would develop relationships with our VIP guests to promote repeat business and grow the VIP player base. Savvy interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and ability to think on your feet are critical success factors needed for this position.

Requirements

Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment
Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
Ability to pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license
Customer service and hospitality skills
Sales oriented
Savvy interpersonal skills

Ability to think on your feet

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with our VIP guests to promote repeat business and grow the VIP player base.
Offer top tier players tickets to events like the Kentucky Derby, Bengals Football games, Cincinnati Reds Baseball games, and more.
Help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our guests safe and healthy.
Jump in and help with other tasks whenever needed.
