About The Position

BDR Solutions, LLC, (BDR) supports the U.S. Federal Government in successfully achieving its mission and goals. Our service and solution delivery starts with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments. (Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply) Our team is looking for a consultant to help with support across communications, change management, program management, and event planning efforts. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong core consulting skills, the ability to work independently and interface with clients, and strong attention to detail. This role will primarily support client event planning efforts but may be asked to support other workstreams between events.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, executive communication, briefing, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with human capital methodologies.
  • Ability to drive key deliverables independently, with SME support as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in Government contracting.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ideally, this person has supported Human Capital initiatives, specifically change management, communications, training, and event planning.
  • Must have Active Top Secret Clearance
  • U.S Citizenship is required.
  • Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
  • Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end event planning, including agenda development, logistics coordination, and day-of execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event deliverables are completed on time.
  • Manage event materials, briefing documents, and attendee communications.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and post-event lessons learned.
  • Support the design, development, and distribution of communications and training materials
