About The Position

The Executive Director will be responsible for, but not limited to: 1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, including Health & Wellness, Department, Environmental Services & Maintenance, Dining Services, Life Enrichment, Marketing & Community Relations. 2. Process weekly payroll and handle all Human Resource processes and issues at the local level. 3. Create and implement Marketing Plans to exceed occupancy goals in order to maintain full occupancy in the face of natural attrition. 4. Support and supervise Marketing team initiatives, including the planning and promotion of events, both internal and external 5. Work directly with prospects and families to guide them into Senior Living, helping them to overcome obstacles, both perceived and real. 6. Develop and nurture referral source network; rehabs, home health agencies, physicians, estate planners, etc. 7. Collaborate with community organizations and businesses to promote more awareness of Sweetwood of Williamstown and the myriad benefits of a Senior Living Community 8. Recruit and hire qualified staff and ensure timely performance reviews, employee meetings and recognition programs to minimize turnover and maximize morale. 9. Work with Home Office to establish budget. Participate in monthly P & L calls and Business Reviews to stay on top of all budgetary issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Master's preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or leadership role in the Senior Living field/Assisted Living fields
