The Executive Director is responsible for developing and enhancing client and employee relationships, maintaining an excellent rapport with clients and caregivers, and promoting harmonious interpersonal relationships. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make quality decisions. The Executive Director plays an active role in evaluating staff performance, maintaining awareness of field staff capabilities, and demonstrating sound judgment in assigning duties. They consistently counsel field staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure thorough knowledge and adherence to Connect Pediatrics’ policies and procedures. This position holds nurses accountable for non-clinical policies and procedures, maintains active involvement in cost containment, and effectively utilizes nurses when assigning cases. The Executive Director participates with the Clinical Supervisor in the performance management of nursing staff and provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating services. Effective communication, clear expression of ideas, and active listening are essential.
