About The Position

We are a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to breaking down barriers to mental health care and fostering hope, healing, and resilience. Our programs provide accessible counseling, crisis intervention, and educational outreach to individuals and families who might otherwise go without support. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in nonprofit management, preferably in mental health or social services.
  • Strong fundraising and grant-writing skills, with a track record of securing sustainable funding.
  • Deep understanding of mental health issues, community outreach, and advocacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to inspire, persuade, and connect across diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational expertise.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization’s strategic planning and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
  • Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality, accessibility, and measurable impact.
  • Manage budgets, fundraising initiatives, and grant applications to sustain and grow our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the public face of the organization, advocating for mental health awareness and policy change.
  • Support and mentor staff, fostering a culture of compassion, inclusion, and professional growth.
